My favourite foods in the whole entire Universe?
Bananas + Peanut Butter.
So its needless to say, this freakin’ rocked my world!
I have creatively named it “The Peanut-Butter-Banana-Ice-Cream-Smoothie-Full-O-Goodness”.
This Baby is refined sugar free, unprocessed, vegan (without the bee pollen) & fucking delicious!
Whaddya need?
Serves 2 (or if your hungry enjoy the whole damn thing yourself!).
2- 3 large frozen Bananas
1 tablespoon of Organic Peanut Butter* (more if you love this stuff like me!)
Your sweetener of choice to taste (I chose Rice Malt Syrup but Organic Honey or Maple Syrup would work too)
1/4 – 1/2 cup of Organic Coconut Milk (use less if you like it extra creeeaaaaammmmy)
Optional: Add some Protien Powder or your favourite Superfoods (eg. Maca, Cacao, Mesquite, Chia Seeds)
Topping suggestions: White Mulberries, Coconut Flakes, Bee Pollen, Buckwheat Groats, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs
*The Peanut Butter doesn’t have to be organic but make sure its natural. This mean the only ingredient are peanuts. No added nasties. YAY!
Whaddya do?
1. Throw it all in a blender.
2. Blend.
3. Top with your favourite toppings. (Here we have White Mulberries, Coconut Flakes & Bee Pollen)
And viola…Pure peanut-buttery perfection!
So quit droolin’ and go and make this…NOW!

Enjoy beautiful! I have eaten my whole kitchen out of peanut butter. SO unfortunately this is not even an option for my breakfast menu :(

a little variation:
banana + natural, local peanut butter + golden syrup + almond milk + chia seeds
