I feel weird if I don’t have greens in my day.
And when I say greens, I mean a shit-tonne-of-em’. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner.
For me, it’s greens that keep me VIBRANT, ENERGETIC & THRIVING.
They’re what I have to thank for my glowing (eczema free) skin, buzzing cells and very happy digestion.
But I’m well aware that the thought of chomping on kale or slurping back a liquid the same colour as grass just doesn’t quite sit well with a lot of people. So today I’m sharing a recipe with you to prove that drinking yo’ greens doesn’t have to be painful (or taste like pond!).
This is one even you green smoothie virgins will enjoy!
WHAT YOU’ll NEED
- 250ml Coconut Water
- 1 BIG handful of Spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
Yep, it’s THAT simple.
Then all you gotta do is BLEND* before slurping her right up!
*Then maybe snap a quick insta
Once you’ve nutted this super-easy smoothie, you can start getting a little cray.
Want it creamier? Use Coconut Milk instead of water.
Want it greener? Add some kale, collard greens or maybe some spirulina.
Why not play use a little less liquid and create a smoothie bowl instead?
